We all have 'em: those rare and gorgeous and hilarious and ohhh-sooo-looovely reunions with old friends when someone suddenly, shyly, bravely "makes a confession"!!
"You guys probably never realized this but, I used to have THE Biggest Crush on Mr. Thing, the Grade 9 math teacher." (EVERYONE realized it - including Mr. Thing!!)
OR "Remember Father Michael? When I was at Confession this one time when I was 15, Father M. interrupted me to say that I had THE Most Boring Sins he'd ever been forced to hear!! I cried my eyes out all the way home, I was sooo hurt and humiliated. Later, I got Sissy to go with me to That Store: you know the one: it was called LoveCraft and was the first ever Sex Shop in Toronto. Probably the first ever Sex Shop in all of Canada!! Anyway, we spent ages trying to look 18: socks in our bras; lipstick and eye shadow; high heels; etc.,etc. and then, awaaay we went!! !! The staff at LoveCraft were not fooled by us for long but, and even so, we had just enough time to put Father Michael on the store's Mailing List before we were shoved outside the store!! "
Ohhh, God Bless and Bless The-Good-Old-Days when we all did "Whaaat?!"!!
